As a senior business development manager with countless achievements to his career record, Shane is the epitome of the bold, authentic, audacious executive. 
Shane provided us with 57 pages of information plus a 13-page resume. The resume was table-based and included information including “reasons for leaving”, people he had called, networks he had made, salaries, sales negotiations and more. Clearly 70 pages was not on the list of “must have reads” for the average executive recruiter!
