Our site uses order forms for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and demographic information (like their postcode, address, employment history and education). Contact information is only used to send orders to our customers. Financial information that is collected is only used to bill the user for products and services they have ordered and is transacted by the Westpac Bank directly with the customer.
Online information will only be used to respond directly to the user's request and will not be used for any other purpose. We do not collect personally identifiable offline contact information nor do we publicly post or distribute to third parties any personally identifiable information.

Terms and Conditions
Refund Policy: By commissioning work by AnExecutiveCareer.com part of the Top Margin Career Marketing Group, the client acknowledges that fees are for personalized services and as such are non-refundable. Full payment is to be made before work commences. If a client decides to discontinue use of the services they have commissioned for any reason the client will be billed for the amount of time spent on their order prior and up to the time of cancellation. This includes the information gathering session and any telephone calls, briefings, e-mails, surveys or facsimiles. Notification of this decisions the responsibility of the client and monies for time spent on their behalf up to this notification becomes immediately payable. Failure by the client to notify Top Margin of their decision will not negate payment in full. The rate charged prior to the provision of the first draft is $55 per hour pro-rata.
Timeliness: After the client supplies the appropriate information, AnExecutiveCareer.com/Top Margin will provide an estimated date when the first draft will become available for the client's review, feedback and correction. All work will be completed in a timely manner subject to acts of God, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond AnExecutiveCareer.com's control.
Pricing: AnExecutiveCareer.com/Top Margin advises that estimates and prices are good for 60 days from the time of order placement. Current prices apply if an order is "shelved" and resumed after 60 days.
Intellectual Property Rights: AnExecutiveCareer.com/Top Margin retains intellectual property ownership of resumes, biographies, and website content produced. Each piece is carefully composed to ensure individuals are marketed effectively against strict and unique criteria based on distinctive characteristics. Clients are permitted to reproduce additional copies via facsimile, scanner, printer or photocopier, and can alter their own documents without permission. Clients are not permitted to transfer ownership to another person or permit them to use the document as a template. This policy protects the integrity and quality of our professional writing, our clients' right to have an individually crafted resume, biography and website, and a potential third party from an unsuccessful marketing strategy that has not had the benefit of being modeled on their skills and experience.
